Hi There! I’m Lyndall.

The late Irving Penn once said, “A good photograph is one that communicates a fact, touches the heart and leaves the viewer a changed person for having seen it. It is, in a word, effective.” There are some great thoughts in that statement that resonate with me.

A photograph communicates truth. A photograph touches the heart. A photograph can change the viewer. That’s powerful. It’s effective, as he points out in a rather understated way, but it’s also affecting—it moves and excites the feelings and emotions. This is what I aspire to do in both my finished products and the photo sessions themselves.

WOW is all I can say about the outcome of our collage from Lyndall. She was very patient with our family and even allowed us to bring our puppy into her home for the photoshoot. She gave great ideas and also let us use some of our own ideas as well, which she incorporated into the final collage. We found Lyndall really easy going and we all had a good laugh with her. Absolutely happy and excited to get the final product framed and in our home. Thank you so much, Lyndall.”
